At Vinilo Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl arrives damaged or is defective, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed packaging unless it is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or playback issue.

  Request a Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Vinyl

  Carefully pack the record in its original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent any warping or corner dings during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt until the refund is processed.
